AlphaOmega Soft Co., LTD

ZixCorp’s strategic alliance with AlphaOmega Soft allows it to enter the Japanese market, one of the world's foremost business centers, with the backing of a strong regional partner.

AlphaOmega Soft Co., Ltd. has the exclusive right to distribute ZixMail in Japan over a three-year period in return for a guaranteed minimum of $1.2 million in service fees during the course of the agreement. ZixMail is complementary to other products that AlphaOmega Soft currently markets and will be the first secure email product to be offered in Japan that can be quickly implemented by corporations without consulting fees, additional hardware, or increased IT support.

AlphaOmega Soft Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 by a group of investors that includes Fujitsu Limited, Softbank Internet Fund, Mitsubishi Corp., and Nomura Securities. They are a provider and developer of software for data recovery, voice recognition, multimedia, security, and storage. AlphaOmega Soft’s current client list includes a range of leading companies based in Tokyo to multinational firms, such as Fujitsu Limited; IBM Japan, Ltd.; Softbank Corp.; Kinko’s, Inc.; Toshiba Information Equipment Co. A cost recovery products leader, Control Systems has joined forces with ZixCorp to create ZixTrak for ZixMail, a new product that will enable law firms to track and “charge back” for secure messaging costs, just as they bill for copy, fax, network printing, and long distance charges.  Secure messaging services are destined to become the preferred method for law firms to deliver confidential documents and information. This partnership expands ZixCorp’s reach into the legal market and provides an advantageous opportunity to completely automate cost recovery.

Entrust Technologies, Inc. 

A global leader in solutions that bring trust to e-business, Entrust Technolgies, Inc. will be offering ZixCorp’s ZixMail.net’s secure messaging service within Entrust/Express software.  Entrust^® users can benefit by using ZixMail.net’s advanced features to send encrypted messages in S/MIME format, even if their recipients aren’t set up to use S/MIME.  This synergistic relationship substantially enhances Entrust/Express software benefits, while allowing ZixCorp to leverage Entrust’s world-class sales and marketing resources to expand its own sales and marketing efforts.

Esker Software

Esker is a leader in information delivery, fax server, and host access software. Esker's Intelligent Information Delivery™; and Integrated Host Access™ product lines extend the reach of enterprise technologies and shorten the distance between people and information. Esker’s Pulse™; software provides automated multi-document transformation and delivery of information from any business application to any recipient.

ZixMail enables users of Esker’s Pulse product to send electronic documents and data securely through ZixCorp’s ZixMail.net service. Esker’s Pulse provides ZixCorp with a path to offer its secure message delivery services for previously unsupported classes of applications.
