Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,
Serbia (except Kosovo), Sudan,
Syria, or to persons
or entities prohibited from receiving
U.S. exports (including Denied
Parties, Specially Designated
Nationals, and entities on the
Bureau of Export Administration
Entity List).
- ZixMail software may also be
subject to import and/or use regulations
in non-U.S. jurisdictions.
- End-users are responsible for
ensuring compliance with all U.S.
and non-U.S. regulations pertaining
to export, re-export, and import
to prohibited destinations, individuals,
