Individual Users
By installing, copying, or otherwise using ZixCorp Software Products and
Secure Messaging Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of our End
User License Agreement ("EULA") as contained in the software
download package unless otherwise agreed in
writing between the customer and ZixCorp. If you do not agree to the terms of
our EULA, do not install or use the Software Products or use the Secure
Messaging Services.
Enterprise Users
End User License Agreement
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Products and
Secure Messaging Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of our End
User License Agreement ("EULA") unless otherwise agreed in
writing between the customer and ZixCorp. If you do not agree to the terms of
our EULA, do not install or use the Software Products or use the Secure
Messaging Services.
License and Services Agreement
The ZixCorp License and Service Agreement may be used by an enterprise
in lieu of the End User License Agreement.
Service Level Agreement
ZixCorp's Service
Level Agreement (SLA) identifies the features, defines the processes, and
ensures the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide
optimal performance and business practice between ZixCorp and its
"Gold" level customers. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to contracted
sales accounts and customer purchase orders that have been accepted by
ZixCorp relating to support services for users in the United States.
